Just read about the Fabulous Fitness Finds for 2010 and I have to mention my Fabulous Fitness Find for 2009 and that has been investing in a personal trainer.

I never thought I needed one until I met the "right" one this year.

My trainer, "Trish Franciosi" (love her) comes to my home or we meet outdoors to train, she owns her own business and trains several clients in groups and in their own setting.

If you ask Santa for a gift this season ask for a personal trainer and maybe ask for mine.

She helped me lose that nagging 15 pounds, 3 dress sizes and I my knees don't ache anymore when I run....

Happy Holidays!

Mat work is no where near as hard as reformer work???? I'd gather to say that Becki has not atteded a reformer class that was much more than stretching to make that kind of comment. I've done pilates (mat and reformer) for over 7 years and mat class is no where near as challenging, just a good addition.
